The fully automatic control electrode humidifier is used in conjunction with a combination air conditioner, fresh air unit, and ventilation duct. The standard model is controlled by switch quantity, and users can also choose a proportional adapter to achieve proportional adjustment of steam output (can accept external 0-10V or 4-20mA standard control signals). Humidified steam is transported to air handling units or ducts through steam distribution spray bars or rapid absorption steam distributors. Wall mounted or floor standing installation, only need to connect the power supply, water inlet pipeline, drainage pipeline, steam distributor (user selection) to work, suitable for clean and sterile humidification requirements in larger spaces.
Usage instructions for air conditioning steam humidifier
When the humidification host is used for purifying air conditioners and humidifying modular air conditioners, the humidifier host should be installed outside the air conditioning cabinet, and the steam diffusion pipe should be installed inside the air conditioner. The humidifier host should be located as close as possible to the steam diffusion pipe (within a distance of 2 meters). When installing steam conveying pipes, avoid twisting and dead bending. The drainage pipe should be directly discharged into an open funnel to ensure smooth drainage. When the local water quality has a high hardness (total hardness ≥ 5mm Ol/L), it is recommended to soften the water before supplying it to the humidifier to extend the service life of the humidifier tank. But this type of water softener must be ion exchange type and pure water cannot be used.
